2008 will be the first year that Hopscotch Festival will include a 2 day tasting event, instead of 1. With the event selling out consistently each year, it was an easy decision to open up the tasting for a 2nd night.
Hopscotch’s Annual Grand Tasting Hall is awesome in every sense of the word. One can not imagine the experience of the Grand Tasting until they do just that, experience it. In 2007 there was more than 38 exhibitors and 180 products. 2008's theme is "bigger" and thus we are increasing the amount exhibitors to 50, including other premium spirits such as Tequila, Vodka, Liqueurs, etc.
Enjoy the new premium spirits with the already present single malts, bourbons, rye, blended whiskies and premium beers.

Tasting tokens are the only form of currency in the Grand Tasting Hall market. The first five tokens for your Grand Tasting Experience are included with your ticket. Within steps of you walking inside, you will be given your free pouch of tokens. Additional tokens can be purchased for $1.00 at the Tasting Token booths. The price of each sample in the Grand Tasting Hall is based on the retail value of the bottle being poured.
Not only do we bring you the finest whisky and premium beer at Hopscotch, but we can help further your education as well. Attend our free seminar series at the Grand Tasting Hall. Short informative sessions will arm you with the knowledge you need out on the tasting floor. Some seminars also include mini whisky or beer tastings and invaluable opportunities to hear our international guests speak (some direct from the distilleries).
