Stout Steak Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Bottle Stout Ale
  • 1 c Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Green Onion; chopped
  • 2 tb Brown Sugar; (about)
  • 1 tb Ground Garlic
  • 2 ts Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tb Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tb Honey

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together; check seasoning.
  2. Marinade steak and grill or broil.
