The best known of the authentic Trappist breweries Chimay Blue is a distinctive strong ale with a particularly lovely aroma of fresh yeast, sultanas, and a whisper of rose petals. Great by itself or with food. Brewed at the Abbaye de Scourmont in eastern Belgium using the soft water from their own wells. Serve cool but not cold. +119446
