Golden with amber tones, the head has an ecru color and is long lasting, it;s bubbles are fast flowing, small and abundent. It's nose of fresh spices in enveloping.The dark-roasted notes give it it's personality and it's final flavor. It is smooth in the mouth and it fills the palate with dense notes of toasted cereals. The vivacity of it's acidity make it eminently fresh.
