Fat Tug IPA

A big Northwest style IPA, brewed with the hop aficianado in mind, coming in at 80 IBU's. But this is a balanced beer with a sturdy backbone of malt. Copius amounts of Northwest hops; Summit for bittering, Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo for finishing, then dry hopped with Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo. Canadian Brewing Awards 2011 "Beer of the Year" winner!
