Our Summer White’s fruity palate comes from our secret blend that includes Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and some ice-wine. With the soft scent of pineapple and granny smith apples it is amazing with dark chocolate, fresh fruit, appetizers or salad. It also goes well with spicy foods such as Thai or Indian curries.
