White Bark Wheat Ale

This traditional Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with the addition of freshly ground coriander and Curacao orange peel, with the use of Brasserie D'Auchouffe yeast. Malt bill is 50% raw wheat, which gives the beer a dry but delicious mouth feel. Hops are barely visible and only there to balance the minimal sweetness, the wonderful floral aromas dominate the nose.
